Today we’re featuring a short podcast about an amazing project called Roots on the Road. We talk to Augusta Halle and Molly Moore, two from a team of six college students who are making their way from Washington State to Washington, D.C. this summer. They are stopping at farms, restaurants, truck stops, and classrooms along the way, and asking, “What is the future of food?” Their plans are to make a portrait series and short documentary based on what they find.
